Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our team at BreadTalk Group PTE. LTD. This role involves designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's objectives, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions, with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. IHRP certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications to make recommendations for salary offers.
  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure industry competitiveness.
  • Support performance appraisal exercises and administer reward distribution.
  • Participate in designing reward strategies aligned with Company objectives.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with regulations.
  • Implement and administer employee benefit schemes, such as medical and insurance benefits.
  • Plan and organize employee wellness and engagement activities.
  • Partner and liaise with stakeholders on compensation and benefits-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • IHRP certification is an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data and identify trends.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
