About the Role
We are seeking a talented Client Relationship Manager, Global Benefits Management to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for planning and executing overall client strategy to ensure client retention and revenue growth of your assigned client's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive client strategies to drive business growth and retain existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform client recommendations and deliverables
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze financial data and present insights to clients to optimize their insurance programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Employee Benefits segment in Broking/Insurance industry
- Strong domain knowledge and client management experience in health and benefits consulting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a global mindset
- MAS qualification is required for this role
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
