Global Outdoors Pte. Ltd. is a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as Director of Global Marketing Strategy.

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to define the company's market positioning and strategic development direction.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with market trends, competitive dynamics, and corporate objectives.
  • Stay informed about industrial policies across Southeast Asian countries to effectively plan and develop production capacity.
  • Execute the strategic initiatives set forth by the Group's headquarters.
  • Supervise the implementation of marketing plans to ensure all activities are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and refine strategies to meet the company's marketing goals.
  • Maintain market sensitivity, understand market demands and changes, and identify and seize market opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor dynamics and develop countermeasures to increase market share.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs and expectations.
  • Provide quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and lead the marketing team, fostering strong cohesion and enhancing execution capabilities.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to elevate overall team quality and professional expertise.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, new media operations, or related areas.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience as a Marketing Department Head or Deputy General Manager overseeing marketing, branding, or sales in a large-scale organization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing theories and practices, with proficiency in various marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong expertise in planning and executing diverse marketing activities, such as event marketing and conference marketing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore and adopt new marketing methods and tools.
  • Highly responsible, with the ability to work under significant pressure.
  • Possesses client or public relations resources to support the expansion of the company's market presence.

Salary: SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
