Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at ATOMIC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.
Job Description- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on delivering effective reward strategies that align with business objectives.
- Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end compensation processes, conducting regular reviews of compensation programs, and overseeing employee benefits programs.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with market compensation trends and providing insights for improvements to the compensation and benefits structure.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with compensation management tools and HRIS systems is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
