Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and fair.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, claims, and terminations.
- Liaise with benefits vendors and brokers to resolve issues.
- Conduct benefits orientation and education sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to the Senior Manager, People & Culture.
- Generate reports and conduct data analysis to inform decision-making.
Performance Management and Development
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and mid-year reviews.
- Facilitate continuous feedback and development discussions.
- Develop succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.
HR Analytics and Reporting
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends for the executive team.
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Culture and Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
