We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and fair.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, claims, and terminations.
  • Liaise with benefits vendors and brokers to resolve issues.
  • Conduct benefits orientation and education sessions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Senior Manager, People & Culture.
  • Generate reports and conduct data analysis to inform decision-making.

Performance Management and Development

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems and mid-year reviews.
  • Facilitate continuous feedback and development discussions.
  • Develop succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends for the executive team.

Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Culture and Employee Engagement

Qualifications
