Compensation and Benefits Role Overview

As a Compensation and Benefits specialist at ST ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and recommending changes to the company's compensation and benefits policies, programs, and processes. This will ensure alignment with the company's compensation strategy and adherence to relevant legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion and subject matter focal point of Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits processes.
  • Advisor to business leaders, Compensation Partners, and HRBPs to ensure smooth implementation of compensation and benefits solutions.
  • Provide support to ensure smooth implementation and execution of performance management, remuneration review, and benchmarking exercises.
  • Work with Compensation Partners and HR Business Partners to implement and maintain Job design analysis, technical Job Evaluation, and survey job matching.
  • Participate in HR Operations/Information Technology meetings to ensure reward program system functional requirements are properly captured.
  • Develop rewards spreadsheet templates and write clear policies and guidelines.
  • Partner with other HR departments to implement compensation and benefits programs and ensure practices are consistent and in alignment with policies.
  • Develop professional rewards communications materials and brief employees on TR programs.
