Senior Manager Compensation

This leading technology business is looking to hire a Senior Manager for the Compensation & Benefits team. This is a great opportunity to join and employer of choice and have the ability to influence critical business decisions.
You will play a critical role in ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive and effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate and retain employees. This involves analysing and benchmarking market data and trends; managing the annual salary review process; working with business heads to support HR strategies and other employee benefits projects.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience and a strong background in compensation & benefits within an MNC environment
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
