Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Senior Executive to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and initiatives, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct job evaluation and competitive benchmarking analysis to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and internal equity.
  • Provide statistical reports and analysis to support recommendations or refinements to established guidelines.
  • Manage employee insurance programs and assist in annual review and renewal.
  • Facilitate Compensation & Benefits related training and track headcount costs.
  • Support performance management procedures and processes.
  • Provide consultation and advice to Business Unit Heads and HR business partners on compensation-related policies and practices.
  • Support benefits review initiatives and annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Human Resources from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills and good management skills of a team.
