We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's overall strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures that support our company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and attractive to existing and potential employees.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Develop and maintain job evaluation systems to ensure internal equity and fairness.
- Handle compensation-related issues, including employee grievances and salary negotiations.
- Support annual and ad-hoc salary and benchmarking, allowances, and benefit reviews for multiple entities.
- Provide guidance and support to various stakeholders on all compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Manager.
- Prior experience in Compensation and Benefits for at least 6-8 years.
