Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy Development
    • Partner with our compensation team to develop, implement, and manage the company's compensation strategy and specific pay frameworks, ensuring alignment with our business goals and competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Compensation Program Management
    • Oversee all aspects of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentives.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry compensation trends and ensure our ability to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Employee Compensation Programs
    • Manage ongoing employee compensation programs, including annual compensation reviews, promotion cycles, and bonus programs in the region.
  • Compensation Governance
    • Provide thought leadership on compensation designs, work with sales organizations on sales compensation designs, establish competitive pay targets for sales roles, and ensure compensation governance of sales incentive payouts.
  • Global Mobility Support

  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Partner with our legal team to ensure that all compensation practices adhere to local and international labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
  • Special Recognition Programs
    • Support special recognition programs that recognize top talents.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships
    • Work closely with finance, recruiting, and HRBPs as needed on all aspects of compensation and benefits.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other related field required.
  • Experience
    • 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Skills and Capabilities
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies in a fast-growing and multi-country environment.
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail relating to data accuracy, problem-solving, and decision-making.
    • Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions from data.
    • Highly developed collaboration skills.
    • Awareness of the importance of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with, and present information to, internal and external stakeholders.
