Compensation and Benefits Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and industry trends.
- Conduct job evaluations and competitive benchmarking analyses to inform compensation decisions.
- Provide statistical reports and analysis to support recommendations for compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee insurance programs and assist with annual review and renewal.
- Facilitate training and development programs for Compensation and Benefits related topics.
- Support performance management procedures and processes.
- Provide consultation and advice to Business Unit Heads and HR business partners on compensation-related policies and practices.
- Support benefits review initiatives and annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Minimum degree in Human Resources from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
