Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a competitive total remuneration framework that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement a compensation strategy that attracts and retains top talent, while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Market Salary Surveys: Participate in market salary surveys and conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and sustainable remuneration practices.
- Job Evaluation: Use established methodologies to ensure that jobs are sized correctly to support salary benchmarking.
- Employee Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and engage brokers and vendors to implement competitive employee benefits that enhance employee satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.
- Performance Appraisal: Manage the annual performance appraisal, salary review, and bonus exercises to recognize and reward employees' contributions.
- HR Policies: Review human resources policies regularly to ensure compliance with labor regulations and alignment to the company's strategic objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Skills: Understanding of compensation and benefits practices and employment regulations, good analytical skills, highly numerate, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Excel and Workday.
