Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the annual review exercise, participating in salary benchmarking exercises, and conducting job evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to ensure market competitiveness
  • Manage the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment, and bonuses
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure accurate job classification and compensation
  • Build collaborative partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to provide C&B recommendations and solutions
  • Derive insights from C&B data to improve people decisions and optimize cost
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
  • Minimum degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B specialization
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
