Compensation Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Executive to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering ongoing compensation programs and processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation Program Design and Implementation
Design and implement compensation programs, systems, processes, and projects to support business objectives.
Compensation Analysis and BenchmarkingConduct compensation surveys, benchmark internal data, and analyze survey results to inform compensation decisions.
Compensation Policy and Procedure DevelopmentDevelop and maintain compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Cluster HR and Hospital policies.
Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with HR Business Partners on compensation-related decisions and communicate compensation information to stakeholders.
Requirements- Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
ExperienceAt least 3 or more years of experience in compensation roles, with a preference for those with both consulting and in-house experience.
SkillsStrong analytical skills, ability to interpret and produce high-quality, accurate information and data insights.
Interpersonal SkillsStrong interpersonal skills, team player who can function effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Technical SkillsProficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
