Job Description:- This role involves designing and implementing changes to compensation and benefits policies and programmes for both local and overseas staff.
- You will partner and engage EDB management, line managers, key partners, and other stakeholders in performance and rewards-related matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to manage different and potentially concurrent workstreams in an organized fashion.
- At least 3-4 years' experience in HR policy and compensation/benefits development and implementation
- Able to undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis with demonstrated ability to distil problem statements and put forth sound solutions for implementation
- Ability to manage different and potentially concurrent workstreams in an organized fashion
- Meticulous and adept at compensation-related computation
- A team player
- Adept in using HR functions in Workday and Erideon is an advantage
- Understanding of compensation structures or benefits schemes and/or prior experience in Public Service would be an advantage
- A competitive salary range: SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum
