Compensation and Benefits Strategist

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to ensure Parkway Pantai Limited remains competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute compensation and benefits initiatives to maintain a strong employer value proposition.
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams to conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
- Support budgetary exercises, including manpower planning and cost forecasting.
- Stay up-to-date on legislative changes and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Provide advisory services to stakeholders, including business units and employees.
- Promote corporate HR initiatives and programs, such as annual salary increments and rewards exercises.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits within the HR function.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to leverage data for insights.
- Excellent communication and Excel skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum
