Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team at ST Engineering IHQ Pte. Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and recommending changes to our compensation and benefits policies, programs and processes to ensure alignment with our company's strategy and adherence to relevant legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive reward strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain job evaluation systems, salary structures and benefit plans to ensure fairness and equity.
- Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior management and business leaders.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure market competitiveness.
- Implement performance management and remuneration review processes to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and deliver training programs on compensation and benefits best practices.
- Analyze data and develop reports to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree with postgraduate qualifications in Compensation and Benefits.
- At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits with a proven track record of implementing rewards programs in large organizations.
- Expertise in Advanced Excel, including macros and Visual Basic.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and annual leave.
