Overview

We're looking for a Compensation and Benefits Strategist to manage employee compensation and benefits programs and policies for Asia Pacific. As part of our team, you'll focus on the development, communication, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Scope, plan, and execute all related compensation and benefits programs impacting the region in partnership with HRBPs, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, collect and analyze competitive market information to determine company's competitive position.
  • Provide expertise to the business groups in job leveling and evaluation, peer assessment, marketing benchmarking, and competitive analysis in partnership with global compensation teams.
  • Monitor market trends and strive for improvements and competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Rewards, with experience in executive compensation highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of salary structure development and design.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams within a multinational company.
  • Advanced presentation creation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Project management skills and experience.
