This new role, spanning China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, and India, offers the chance to collaborate across diverse markets while being part of something bigger. As a key member of a talented team, you’ll work closely with APAC HR teams while also being fully supported by the broader Global Compensation team. You’ll draw on your expertise in the APAC region and beyond, working in a collaborative environment that bridges local knowledge with global best practices. Tasks and Qualifications: In your role as Total Rewards leader , you’ll drive benchmarking of compensation and benefits programs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborating with regional HR teams, you’ll provide guidance on new hires, promotions, and special initiatives, while leading the annual merit review process. Ensuring compensation strategies are well-aligned with global frameworks, you’ll help shape our approach across APAC. Additionally, you’ll oversee budgets, incentive plans, and ensure accurate market data in Workday. Leading education on total rewards, you’ll build leadership and HR capabilities while offering high-level customer service. Supported by your wider global team, you’ll also steer the rollout of regional projects, manage compensation surveys, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to stay ahead of market trends.
