About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at MCI Career Services Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Support the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and various HR processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees, maintaining training records, and tracking employee development.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, help manage and resolve minor employee issues or complaints.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations for HR meetings and reviews.
  • General HR Support: Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives, collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • A team player who is eager to learn and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
