Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Marriott International.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, or Jakarta, supporting our Customer Engagement Center. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support to Director, Human Resources in compensation and benefits functions for the region.
  • Check figures, postings, and payment/insurance/leave documents for accuracy.
  • Maintain all files/records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Record, store, and/or analyze computerized financial and payroll information.
  • Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute payroll reports and tables.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
