YOUR ROLE Support Regional Leadership by advising on reward matters, which typically include salary review/hiring proposals, calculation of annual performance bonuses, and guidance on any international mobility issues. Drive a competitive, efficient, and service-oriented reward system locally by working closely with the Country and/or Global Rewards team. Ensure fair and consistent application and adherence to reward policies and procedures, including CEVA’s Global Reward Policy, Business Rules, and local requirements. Drive implementation of strategic and tactical reward initiatives as part of CEVA’s Global HR strategy. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Support Singapore and Asia Pacific countries on global job framework and perform job evaluation/slotting for new roles. Perform salary benchmarking where applicable. Work on proposals for annual review of salary ranges and development of merit guidelines for the country. Responsible for Singapore’s salary review exercise. Critically monitor and review local Reward processes and proactively drive process streamlining, efficiencies, and cost savings/optimization where possible. Manage communications of rewards practices and policies for the country. Support benefits benchmarking, analysis, and proposals. Improve benefits design for APAC countries in alignment with Global requirements. Administer flexible benefits and group insurance renewals; liaise with brokers for administration of benefits programs and responsible for rolling out/communicating on new benefits or changes. Initiate and propose suitable health & wellness programs or initiatives for the country. Be familiar with the Global Mobility policy/guidelines and adhere to the terms for Singapore. Support cross-border package proposals (with support from region & global rewards). Monitor international employment law and government regulations to ensure company compliance at the local level. Work closely with Finance on the budgeting process. Manage ad-hoc rewards projects as assigned. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education & Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics. Experience At least 7-10 years of regional or cluster rewards experience within a multinational company. Experience working in matrix organizations. Specialist Knowledge & Skills Experience in applying Job Evaluation methodology, Bonus Plans, Compensation Planning, and Benefit Design. Strong analysis/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks. Ability to actively seek assistance and support from and work with global rewards and country HR Heads/C&B. Sound computer skills, including MS Office programs such as Excel and Power Point. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven ability to influence and interact effectively across all levels of the organization. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
