This is an exciting opportunity to join our global Reward and Benefits team as Senior Reward & Benefits Manager, Asia. Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, you will lead our reward and benefits strategy for Asia offices, overseeing 2.5 direct reports. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering key reward and benefits strategies, projects, and processes across the region.

We are looking for an experienced leader with technical knowledge of compensation and benefits structures in Asia, preferably with experience in managing compensation and benefits schemes. A strong understanding of market norms and best practices, along with analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 3+ years' experience in a similar leadership role and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They should be able to build strong relationships with colleagues across the Asia region, drive results-oriented initiatives, and provide mentoring and insight to those less experienced.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the firm's total reward proposition, encompassing salary, bonus, benefits, and recognition. You will collaborate with regional HR leads and support the implementation of relevant initiatives.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure reflects the company's market competitiveness and the location of the role.
