Our client is an Insurance MNC has large presence in Asia, looking for Reward Manager to join thier team in Singapore.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Work closely with the market HR teams and business leaders on policy; work with the Regional Head of Reward in drafting and updating policy.
  • Work closely with company and enterprise C&B teams as part of a wider community of practice.
  • Conduct a current state assessment with a heat map and potential risk (if any), then leverage global programs, practices, and technology to determine if there is scope to harmonize them into one flexible benefits plan for a consistent and best-in-class employee experience.
  • Compensation support: Prepare the Compensation for proposed salary offers and adjustments and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve pay problems within company's guidelines and the compensation governance process.

Compensation

  • Build and maintain an excellent understanding of company’s overall compensation philosophy.
  • Contribute to the design and implement levelling (per agreed governance) and compensation structures within the region (salary ranges, variable pay targets).
  • Advise on and secure approvals for BAU comp changes and new hire packages, personally approving and/or escalating for additional approvals where necessary (per agreed governance).
  • Deliver market data analysis (e.g. engagement with vendors, selection of appropriate vendors, production and delivery of analyses to business leaders)
  • Support region on regulatory compensation matters within aligned markets, including proactively understanding, socialising and addressing developments.
  • Responsible for the operational delivery of the year-end compensation cycle within the region.


Benefits


  • Design and maintain target suite of benefits within one or more countries.
  • Design and maintain benefits structures (pension targets, benefits eligibility by seniority) in assigned countries.
  • Consult/lead on benefits vendor selection; take ownership as required
  • Analytics: Contribute for the delivery of HR Analytics to regional HR teams, working closely with the International HR Analytics Lead.
  • Process: Support to manage the recurring processes, including the annual compensation review process, salary planning, and budgeting; market and salary adjustments, promotions, bonus payments, and merit reviews; development of the merit matrix and bonus guidelines; and education and guidance to managers on the proposal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business study
  • Solid experience in C&B
  • Worked in Financial services company
  • Proficient in Excel and other HR tools and systems
  • Min 5 years of experience
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
