Compensation and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team at GOLDEN DRAGON EMPLOYMENT AGENCY GROUP. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation programs.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and payroll regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments.
Main Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
- Employee Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Compensation Programs: Develop and implement compensation programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
- Diploma or Degree: Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and payroll regulations, proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office applications.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
