HR Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at BorgWarner Singapore Holdings PTE. LTD. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for our employees.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as administering salary surveys and analyzing data to recommend adjustments.
This role also involves designing and managing employee benefits programs, including employee health insurance, and evaluating and negotiating with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10-15 years of HR-related experience, preferably in a similar role, with excellent analytical and communication skills. A degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is essential.
