Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team at Robert Half International Pte Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading technology consulting firm, where you will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, specifically payroll.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves assisting in the end-to-end processing of payroll, calculation of wages and taxes, and liaison with external vendors to ensure accurate payroll information. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling payroll reports and participating in the implementation of payroll systems. You will also perform recruitment functions, including coordination of interviews, preparation of offer letters, management of work pass applications and renewals, and undertake ad-hoc tasks related to team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in HR/Business Studies or its equivalent. A strong numerical sense and attention to detail are essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. We require a team player with at least 5 years of related experience and expertise in employment law. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of SAP, accounting, and audits will also be beneficial. Furthermore, your human resources skills, such as resource management, compensation, and benefits administration, are highly valued. Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
