Job Description
  Senior Reward & Benefits Manager, Asia
  We seek a seasoned compensation strategist to lead our reward and benefits initiatives in Asia. As Senior Reward & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing key reward and benefits strategies across the region, working closely with regional HR leads and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing total reward propositions that align with business objectives, analyzing market trends and data to inform compensation decisions, and providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably in the legal sector or a related field;
  • Technical knowledge of compensation and benefits structures in Asia, with previous experience managing compensation and benefits schemes;
  • Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation and spreadsheet creation;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in Access and PowerPoint desirable;
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members;
