We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Compensation Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop tailored compensation solutions in collaboration with business leaders.
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance through effective rewards strategies.
- A competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - SGD 110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Opportunities for career growth and professional development within the Rewards Department.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR.
- Experience with compensation management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of market research and benchmarking techniques.
