Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At Taylor & Francis, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Global Customer Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, invoices, and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
