About VIVIFI

VIVIFI is a dynamic and innovative Singapore-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong partnerships.

As a Business Development Associate, you will support the Head of Business Development and Product Development in driving new business ideas, building partnerships, and exploring corporate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support for Business Initiatives:
    • Assist in exploring and developing new business opportunities to drive growth.
    • Reach out to potential partners or corporate clients to gain buy-in for VIVIFI's business ideas.
    • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business discussions.
  • Administrative and Coordination Support:
    • Help coordinate and track progress on business initiatives.
    • Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and other organizational tasks to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of discussions and outcomes.
  • Collaborative Role:
    • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Product Development to execute strategies and ideas.
    • Provide ad-hoc support for team activities, including events, marketing, or product-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a support role is beneficial but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in reaching out to new contacts.
    • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personality:
    • Outgoing and dynamic, with the ability to engage and build rapport with people easily.
    • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
    • A collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.
