Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with existing customers, and negotiating deals.

  • Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business plans, strategies, and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, reports, and other materials to stakeholders, including customers, management, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG or HORECA industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and possession of a Class 3 driving license.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the FMCG/HORECA industry. A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a base salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
