Job Title: Catering Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team at Ascott International Management Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to showcase our catering offerings
  • Customize catering packages and menus to meet client needs and preferences
  • Manage the team's objectives, performances, and achievements to contribute to the hotel budget
  • Communicate with functional leadership and sales managers on new offerings, pricing structures, and operational issues
  • Monitor account revenue and business production to achieve planned goals
  • Review direct competition and market changes to ensure awareness and competitiveness
  • Prepare monthly group catering forecast and group room forecast
  • Attend events to network with clients and promote our services
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all catering agreements and contracts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a catering or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
