Human Capital Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our human capital and organizational development efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Full-cycle recruitment of Traders and Operations Managers with emphasis on candidates from high-performance industries.
- Manage payroll processing, staff attendance, and leave administration.
- Lead performance appraisal systems and develop internal performance improvement plans.
- Build and maintain LinkedIn business profile including daily professional content creation.
- Oversee WordPress website updates including company portfolios, service pages, and team profiles.
- Provide leadership and organizational support for team structure, morale, and output alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years directly hiring in high-performance industries.
- Strong track record of leading hiring pipelines independently and driving HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment law, CPF, payroll processing, and manpower regulations.
- Proficient in WordPress and capable of managing website content and minor structural edits.
- Strong writing skills and experience handling professional social media presence.
- Confident in managing a team and dealing with confidential matters professionally.
