Analytics & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and create reports to track key metrics.
  • Utilize analytical skills to provide insights for projects related to employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Learning & Development
  • Coordinate training programs by managing logistics, scheduling, and communications.
  • Administer our Learning Management System (LMS) and play a key role in executing a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Interest in HR technology and software, with experience in human resource information systems advantageous.
