Strategic Human Resources Executive

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Executive to join our organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving human capital management initiatives that support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of HR matters, including recruitment, talent management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including performance management programs, career development initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and other employee benefits.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience as a Human Resources Manager or equivalent.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
