Human Capital Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our human capital initiatives across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing and Management: Develop and implement innovative staffing strategies to attract top talent at all levels, establishing us as an employer of choice.
  • Hiring Plans Execution: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for store staff, store managers, and trainee store managers, ensuring quality hires aligned with competency standards.
  • Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify high-potential store managers and staff for advancement, preparing robust succession plans for critical roles.
  • Employee Growth and Engagement: Plan and execute engaging training programs, create clear career progression frameworks, and facilitate quarterly development reviews and calibrations.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze store-wise profitability, collaborate with Store Operations and District Managers to devise and implement actionable plans for improvement, and review monthly productivity reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of strong HR experience, ideally within the retail industry or supporting a commercial/sales function.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of at least 2 staff.
