About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Human Capital Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive benefit programs for 1,000+ employees across the region.
  • Own and support program proposals/reviews, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate and support broader projects with colleagues across Asia Pacific and globally as required.
  • Drive employee engagement and marketing initiatives to increase both visibility and commerciality of the programs.
  • Manage relationship with key program vendors (e.g., oversee program design, policies, implementation, budgeting, contracting and on-going delivery).
  • Manage the advisory and technological services to the business including benefit systems and vendor management, presentations/postings and the delivery of other stakeholder management requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project and operational delivery in HR; Experience in benefits/insurance consulting/management preferred.
  • Results-oriented; ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines, take initiative to improve own performance.
  • Strong communication, ability to build relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and risk management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
