Job Overview

The Senior Human Capital Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, onboarding and offboarding processes, and annual performance appraisals.

  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing to maintain employee satisfaction and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and ensure seamless integration into the team. Manage offboarding processes to maintain data integrity and compliance with employment laws.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce planning needs, develop talent acquisition strategies, and implement succession management initiatives.
  • Work Pass Matters: Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and medical arrangements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Appraisal: Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process to promote employee growth and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Review and analyze compensation and benefits trends to maintain equity and market alignment, ensuring fair remuneration for employees.
  • Employee Records: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • HR Policies: Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead programs to boost employee morale, well-being, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Disciplinary Matters: Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and impartial manner.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resource, with a strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Frontier eHR system is an added advantage.
