Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to Singtel customers and working partners over the phone.
  • Proactively promote Singtel products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information impacting customer service delivery.
  • Maintain systems user login access and upgrade knowledge to new systems.
  • Demonstrate superior telephone techniques to meet quality assurance standards.
  • Multitask and meet Service Level Agreement commitments.
  • Follow-up and ownership on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction and closure.
  • Email user guides and portal information to customers.
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments with strong time management and a positive attitude.
  • Identify and report fake URL and scam email addresses.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum N/O/A Level, NITEC certificate.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in customer service with experience in call centres, hospitality, retail, telesales, or similar fields.
  • Good communication skills and command of English.
  • Bonus points for experience in CMS software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, v-lookup, formulas).
  • On-job-training will be provided.
