Customer Service Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless order management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, providing timely and accurate order acknowledgments.
  • Set up customer information records for efficient order processing.
  • Coordinate the creation or extension of new sales orders and bills.
  • Raise SAP notifications for customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Issue debit and credit notes in compliance with approval processes.
  • Arrange courier services for customer pre-shipment samples.
  • Input late order reasons for delayed deliveries.
  • Quote ITP own use to affiliates and negotiate Letter of Credit.
  • Generate ZOOGN reports for shipping and monitor orders for prompt shipment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proactive, accurate, and strong organizational skills with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and manage stress effectively.
  • Competent in change management, initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and decisiveness.
  • Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of export documentation processes and incoterms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with SAP experience preferred.

Required Experience

  • 5-6 years of relevant customer service experience or a similar position in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD) and shipping processes.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
