Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Business Development Lead. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for PubMatic within leading brands and advertisers across APAC.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams across regions and functions to support the sales and onboarding process for new customers. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with PubMatic's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with PubMatic's business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key advertisers and brands in APAC.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams across regions and functions to support the sales and onboarding process for new customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:10+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or product within an advertising technology company.A deep understanding of the ecosystem from the advertiser and brand perspective in Australia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, and Japan.Established relationships across key advertisers and brands in APAC.A growth mindset, willing to take risks and ask questions.Solution leadership skills, able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relationship with our Product Management and R&D team.Clear communication and service-oriented leadership skills.The ability to present effectively to C-level executives and confidently navigate challenges.Ultra-high EQ and high level of self-awareness.
