
Regional Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and establish relationships with regional existing and new customers to identify and grow business opportunities across the region.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending company offerings to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Manage clients’ expectations by ensuring proper business alignment between regional teams.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to drive revenue growth through new opportunities identification and lead generation.
- Plan and execute sales strategies based on client's requirements and industry best practices.
- To establish customer relationships, manage and handle customer expectations professionally, and ensure a high customer satisfaction level.
- Craft high-level relationships within assigned existing accounts to win incremental product and service business.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related majors.
- Aggressive and tenacious in solution selling.
- Possess proven experience with sales & business development through sharp hunting capabilities.
- Track record with regional market development & new product implementation will be a plus.
- Experience in account management and team working within a B2B technical sales environment.
- Ability to build strong and reliable relationships internally and externally.
- Good presentation & negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
