**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand business with malls, hotels, and corporate clients in the human resource outsourcing sector.
- Identify and maintain relationships with key clients to promote company services, including temporary staffing, workforce management, and cleaning services.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring service quality in cleaning, housekeeping, and workforce management operations.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to refine business strategies and explore growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and prepare comprehensive business reports for management.
- Lead, train, and mentor sales and operations teams to meet organizational goals.
- Represent the company in negotiations and maintain relationships with regional and international stakeholders.
**Position Requirements**:
- Managerial Experience: At least 10 years of experience in senior management, overseeing company operations, strategic planning, and team leadership within the human resource outsourcing or facilities management industries.
- Proven Leadership: Track record of leading teams and driving business growth with measurable results.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in temporary staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions.
- Regional Experience: Hands-on management of operations across Southeast Asia.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin for liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strategic Skills: Strong analytical abilities to adapt business strategies based on market trends.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally for business development.Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet targets and achieve business goals.
