**Purpose**:
Responsible for driving Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Graphic Communications (GC) Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies designed to increase FUJIFILM Business Innovation (FB) penetration, sales revenue and profit by Continuous Feed (CF) inkjet product sales and increase market engagement for CF inkjet products in all regional Subsidiary/Operating Companies (OpCos).
The role requires good overall understanding of the GC printing industry and local markets, as well as CF inkjet products (current status and growth potential including competitive scene) including knowledge of FB Market presence. The incumbent must be in close dialogue with local OpCo’s management and staff, and take vested interest in their performance success.
These strategic deliverables carry much senior management focus hence the incumbent must be self-driven, very proactive and excel in being able to maneuver all levels of a matrix organization.
**The key roles and responsibilities are as follows**:
- Drive and lead sales activity of CF inkjet in the deployment of necessary field communication plans from Japan GC HQ and actively work with OpCo stakeholders and marketing specialist to implement the GC programs
- Drive interface and coordination between Japan GC HQ and OpCos through facilitating the identification of industrial market trends & demand analysis, and major competitor activities/positioning in all OpCos for strategic GTM initiatives
- Prepare detailed and consolidated reports on the findings of the above to GC HQ for GTM strategy planning as well as development of next generation products.
- Lead in the development of strategic ideas and solutions to maximize their business capabilities and competencies
- Drive alignment of regional and OpCos strategies through improved understanding of OpCo and customer requirements
- Grow sales pipeline of CF inkjet products in all OpCos actively, to exceed expected winning ratio
- Achieve the 1-year plan (1YP) sales goal of CF inkjet products
- Propose adjustments in mid/long range business plans, departmental policies as well as OpCo policies when required
- Support GC Marketing General Manager (GM) to formulate and develop the GC HQ policy Any other responsibilities as advised by Manager or GM
**To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences**:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar APAC sales/marketing positions, with established understanding of a mature GC market and the digital transformation drivers
- Relevant Degree in Marketing / Business Management, or equivalent experience a mature GC market
- Strong background in APAC Sales and Marketing from within the GC Market
- Established understanding of pricing and positioning strategies across multiple markets within a regional framework
- Measurable Sales or Marketing success in GC market
- Deep knowledge of trends, challenges, and Critical Success Factors to develop / up-skill regional Sales Teams
- Understand and maintain competitive landscaping practices to strongly underpin GTM activity
- Self-driven, proactive with excellent critical thinking and able to maneuver all levels of a matrix organization
- Experience within APAC including China, Korea, Oceania
