Business Development Manager/Overseas Channel Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Develop overseas markets by establishing and growing local distributors and sales channels.

  • Channel Management: Build and maintain the overseas channel network, implement partnership strategies and incentive programs.

  • Client Management: Manage relationships with key channel clients to ensure stable and long-term cooperation.

  • Market Research: Collect market intelligence and competitor information in assigned regions and report to headquarters.

  • Sales Support: Assist distributors in achieving sales targets and provide technical training and sale support.

  • Exhibitions & Visits: Participate in international trade shows, overseas business visits, and other external activities.

  • Contract Negotiation: Take part in business negotiations, contract signing, and the formulation of commercial terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, or other relevant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas channel development

  • Fluent in English or Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;

  • Ability to independently participate in overseas meetings and business discussions;

  • Familiar with international B2B trade processes and cross-cultural communication;

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B channel development or key account management;

  • Outgoing personality, strong under pressure, excellent negotiation skills, and self-motivated;

  • Willingness to travel overseas or work abroad.
