OVOL Singapore is looking for a capable and dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across our business in South East Asia to increase sales and identify new opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer/Chief Business Officer, this role will be instrumental in supporting the Company’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities will include:

- To effectively manage the existing portfolio of strategic accounts across the region by understanding their requirements and closing sales to meet Company targets
- To identify new initiatives and product opportunities, demonstrating sound and strong business judgment and decision making in the process
- To motivate and monitor activities of the team in Vietnam and enhance existing business relationships with customers and suppliers
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful completion of sales orders and or relevant marketing initiatives.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications as a minimum or an outstanding track record
- 5+ years prior corporate business development or sales experience is a must
- Strong experience in account management and conflict resolution
- Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring
- Always open to learn and constantly looking for self-development opportunities
- Experience in working for international trading business with full knowledge about the incoterms and overseas payment transactions via LC
