The Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a regional Business Development manager to expand our business operations. This position is required to build and establish regional sales channels and relationships with our overseas clients. This position must proactively execute the business strategies, negotiate effectively, and develop new business in existing and new accounts.

**Job Description**:

- Overall responsibility for business development & sales deliverables with existing and new accounts
- Identify & develop new business opportunities and implement strategies and qualifying the needs of potential customers.
- Use the company's database to expand your business opportunities in the region (SEA) and China
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers whilst maximizing and realizing increase in potential revenue.
- Increasing the value of current customers, build customer profile and developing new markets and improving sales
- Monitor customer issues, feedback, deadlines, and deliverables and ensure customer issues are managed effectively and quickly.
- Customer visits, attending conferences, meetings, industry events and travel overseas as and when required.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to manage complex projects, multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport
- Strong business acumen capable of converting network into business
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and IT fluency
