About the Job:

The Key Account Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key brands, sellers, or enablers.

Responsibilities include pitching, negotiating commercial agreements, onboarding partners, piloting and integrating new solutions, executing contracts, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful partnerships.

You will work closely with senior leadership of key partners to engage deeper collaboration and grow the business through regular business reviews.

Cross-functional collaboration with product, local operations, and legal teams is essential to support growth opportunities for brand partners.

You will identify trends, competitors, and cross-market learnings to develop best practices across the region and manage end-to-end planning and coordination of campaigns with key partners.

This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and analytical abilities to analyze data, derive insights, and formulate plans to be deployed across markets.
