Your Impact:
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to launch Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform in Enterprise Accounts across various industries.
  • Identify, source, and close new sales opportunities, collaborating with the Databricks SDR team to build a robust pipeline.
  • Engage with business and technical decision-makers, guiding them through the evaluation and buying process.
  • Exceed individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets.
  • Forge strong relationships with local partners, including technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs, to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer success and upsell services to existing customers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record of success in Enterprise Sales roles, preferably in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell innovation, particularly in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
  • Solution-focused sales approach, with expertise in articulating the business value of cloud and big data technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers.
